Sonic Scream Effect Piece

This effect piece simulates the super power of being able to scream inhumanely loud.

It attaches via a figures wrists using two sockets.  The piece can then be adjusted into position in front of a figure's face by making adjustments to the figures arms.  

It utilizes transparent and opaque sections to create a look of several layers of sound waves that float in front of a figure.
