Flight Clip Adapter Set - compatible with tamashii and mafex stand arms.

The Flight Clip adapters are a set of add on accessories that allow you to utilize Bandai's tamashii flight stands and mafex flight stands in ways that you previously could not.  

They clip onto the flight stand arms themselves, and allow you to the attach an additional stand arm to the adapter clip itself.  This allows for more intricate vertical posing, at greater height than the stands could normally achieve, and with multiple figures or effects.  

These are great for team shots, fight poses, effect poses, or for positioning figures above other figures in your display.  They also help to save shelf space and make figures in the back rows of your display stand out more without the need for risers.

One set has 3 standard sized flight clips and 1 large sized flight clip.  There is a larger bundle option that includes 12 standard sized flight clips and 4 large sized flight clips, at a discounted price.  

I recommend the M-Base as a compliment to these adapters, as it provides a more versatile and heavier base for the flight stands over the official options, and provides more sockets in more positions, which is always nice.  

There are two sockets on the standard clip, one for Bandai tamashii stands (The hexagon) and one for Mafex stand arms (The circular one).  The larger flight clip has six sockets.  

There is an indicator mark (The C shape on the adapters) that signals which side of the adapter is the "top" where stand arms should be attached.  If a stand arm seems somewhat loose, then turn the adapter over and try it through the "bottom" side, which should be slightly tighter.  

Note: These clips work best with tamashii stands.  They do work with Mafex stands, though it should be noted that Mafex stand arms have a wider variance in arm diameter and even shape, and as such the fit may vary more on a Mafex stand arm.
